I believe in the NACE organization and its ability to mentor and aid people in their careers in the hospitality industry.

My greatest strength is my ability to connect the right people to create the best synergy to grow NACE as a chapter.

Area for improvement: I tend to be a little more creative, so I have to ground myself.  Easy to compensate, I just surround myself with people who ground me.

I have been NACE New Orleans Chapter President for four years and I feel that with the new exciting changes, I can interject some great advice about what was done in the past that worked and did not and see how we can grow for the future.
